p.72: The Vals Slices (former “Upper Vals Slices”; see § 5.10) overlies the Adula Nappe in its northeastern frontal part. It is mainly composed of “Bündnerschiefer” with some ophiolitic rocks of Late Jurassic age (Liati et al. 2005), similar to those found in the overlying Aul, Grava and Tomül nappes.
