Dunkler, feinkörniger, inwendig dunkel grünlichgrauer Kalk mit vielen glasigen Quarzkörnern und feinen, dunkelgrünen Glaukonitkörnchen. Verwittert sandig und enthält schwarzgraue, phosphoritartige Knollen und massenhaft Versteinerungen, namentlich Discoideen.
