Description

Mittel- bis dunkelgraue Mergel, in die sich einzelne knollige bis kompakte Kalkbänke einschalten. Das Mont-Terri-Member ist nur selten ganz aufgeschlossen. Buxtorf (1910) und Laubscher (1963) zufolge beginnt das Member mit terrigen Tonsteinen, welche sukzessive in eine Kalk-Mergel-Wechsellagerung übergehen.
